Tenancy Sustainment and Support:
We work with Louth County Council to support individuals into their own accommodation, and for a minimum of six months after entering their own accommodation.
We assist individuals with No Fixed Address, in emergency accommodation, in supported temporary accommodation (STA) and transitional housing. This is to support individuals into long-term accommodation through approved housing bodies, housing assistance payment (HAP) and local authority housing
All referrals come from Louth County Council. We work in conjunction with other local homeless services, probation services and community welfare officers.
