Peter McVerry Trust’s Referral and Case Management Co-ordinator provides support for individuals seeking admission to a number of Peter McVerry Trust's services, such as the Stabilisation Service, Residential Community Detox Service, Residential Drug Aftercare Service, Emergency and Transitional Service.
The Referral and Case Management Co-ordinator handles all initial enquiries regarding these services. Once an initial referral has been received, they liaise with the Referral Agents, Residential Treatment Centres, GPs/Prescribers and any other relevant parties with regards to suitability of the referral. The next phase involves the completion of a comprehensive assessment process for potential service users before entry to a service.
