Leaving a gift in your will to Peter McVerry Trust allows us to plan ahead with developments and secure the future of our services, which aim to help individuals break the cycle of homelessness.
There are a number of ways you can leave a gift in your will:
- Pecuniary - a gift of a specific amount of money.
- Residuary - a share of the rest of your assets that you have not already given away.
- Specific - a gift of a specific item.
- A Codicil - even if you have already made a will and you would like to give a gift to Peter McVerry Trust you can ask your solicitor to add a codicil (addition) to the original will. A codicil should be witnessed and signed in the same way as your original will, and should be kept with your original will.
